Following that exchange of information, each Candidate can expect an informal pre-screen that will cover the most important items one might be looking for both personally and professionally in their next career opportunity. If the role we represent aligns well with your career aspirations and goals, we provide our clients with a professional profile in addition to your updated resume for their review. From there every Candidate can expect feedback either in the form of an action step request (interview) or a un filtered reason (s) for the client company not wanting to move forward with your application.
